Not sure what the solution is though as I guess you would need to update 9.5 to 10 before a 10 to 10.5 (and 11) update would work. To see if I'm correct, would someone who has successfully updated to 11 please let me know if they were able to do it *without* a license corresponding to the update they purchased?
